Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a transaction is made where the price indicated is not the correct price. In such cases, we will issue a full refund of all money received from the customer.
The price mentioned on the website is inclusive of all taxes. A break-up of the taxes will be provided in the invoice. Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
All prices on this website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international cards used on the site, the applicable exchange rate and charges set by the bank will apply. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing, and we will bill at the price in effect at the time of receipt of payment and raising of an invoice. Our products are liable for GST in India.

As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and Mastercard, you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date, and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the card) when making an online transaction using your credit or debit card. Additionally, you should ensure that your credit card is enrolled with Verified by Visa (VBV) or Mastercard Secure Code (MSC) to complete the transaction securely.
Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-25 business days from receipt of order and payment, depending on the delivery address.
Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or postal services, usually between 10:30 am – 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person who ordered the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
Since transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are also not responsible for any damage to products after delivery.
All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the Contact Us page on the web store. Additionally, the shortage of goods must be highlighted and signed on the Proof of Delivery (POD) copy and returned to the delivery person.
